About Robert

The dichotomies of art and science, form and function, and natural beauty and engineering have always intrigued me. While using the technical rigor of engineering for much of my work, I nevertheless always have incorporated beauty into any final product.

Now, I combine some of those same dichotomies into what I believe to be attractive portrayals of nature and the manifestation of everyday emotion. Each art piece in various ways combine detailed digital graphics, photography, laser cut overlays, 3D printed models with moving parts, and sculptures derived from overlapping elements. Creating beauty using sophisticated techniques has become my passion.
